This page says what we do with the personal information you send us through this site, and what you can ask of us.
Who we are
Eunomia Consulting is the trading name of Eunomia Advisory and Consulting, a business name registered in Kenya and held by a partnership. We work from Nairobi.
We are the data controller for the information this site collects, which means we decide what it is used for.
What the contact form collects, and why
When you use the form on our Contact page, we receive your name, your email address, the name of your organisation if you give it, the topic you choose and your message.
We use them for one purpose: to read your message and reply to it. We do not add you to a mailing list and we do not share your details with anyone else.
The lawful basis is your request. You ask us to get in touch, and we need these details to do so.
Who handles it
Our host serves this website, receives what you send through the form, and keeps ordinary server logs for a short time so the site runs securely. From there your message goes to our mailbox, which our email provider hosts.
We will name either of them on request.
How long we keep it
We keep your message for as long as the conversation it started needs. If it does not lead to any work together, we delete it within twelve months. If it does, it becomes part of the records of that engagement, which have their own rules.
Your rights
Wherever you are, you can ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you, and give you a copy;
- correct anything that is wrong;
- delete your information;
- stop using it.
